You won't find a huge backstory here.  Sometimes you just want to whoop some ass!  In Fatal Factions: Beatdown, you just play as a fighter hoping to lay the smackdown on another fighter. 

Fatal Factions: Beatdown is a  1v1 game where both players plays actions face-down against each other.  Once all players have laid down their cards, the initiator reveals their first card and the opposing player does the same.  Cards play out at the same time and can include attacks, spells, attachments, and even counter-attacks.  Some card types share a symbol and color, so you might be able to guess what your opponent could be playing.  Beware- It could be a trick!
